Your equipment focused AI SDR running at 2 AM
ELOS is an AI sales development system built for equipment OEMs and dealers. It researches prospects, verifies contacts, writes in your voice, sends, reads every reply, books meetings, and keeps your CRM honest, on infrastructure you own, with a human in the loop where it matters.

Why Outreach Stalls in The Equipment Business
Equipment companies aren't short on data or ambition. What's missing is the layer between IT and sales that turns decades of ERP and CRM records into something an AI agent can actually act on, and keeps it current.
Unstructured data everywhere
Siloed records, PDFs, shadow Excel systems. Your data exists but you can't use it for anything intelligent.
Disconnected legacy systems
Sales, parts, service, inventory, finance. Each lives in its own world. Nothing talks to anything else.
CRM systems don't do AI
CRM platforms and automation agents don't integrate well together. The record sits in one place and the work happens in another.
Zero visibility into what works
Management needs visibility into every key activity that drives sales, not a monthly PDF that arrives after the quarter is decided.
Overwhelmed by AI options
Everyone's selling AI but nobody understands equipment. You don't know where to start or who to trust.
Paying for results you can't see
Six figures a year on agencies, admins, and tools, with reports that don't tell you what actually happened.
Five steps. Complete visibility.
ELOS runs on a dedicated server you control, using your own accounts and API keys. Nothing goes out the door without passing a human review first.
Request or detect
You submit a request, or agents detect the work automatically from your pipeline.
AI plans the work
Breaks it into tasks and selects the right agent for each one.
Human review
Nothing goes live without approval. Non-negotiable, by design.
Agents execute
Outreach sent, replies classified, meetings booked, CRM updated.
You see everything
Real-time dashboard and a full audit trail of every decision.
One unit. The whole function.
An ELOS Sales Development Unit covers the work a traditional SDR does, plus the work that usually never gets done at all, and we deploy it live and prove it before any ongoing retainer begins.
We build it live
Your first workflow deployed and running on your dedicated server, not a demo environment, your real business data.
You verify the results
Real outputs you can inspect before you commit to anything ongoing. You watch the agents work through your browser.
Then the retainer starts
Ongoing service begins only after you've seen it work. No long-term contract, and your data stays on your server.
Setup
Server provisioned, secure network connected, your business context loaded, sending domains into warmup.
Configure
First workflow configured and tuned on your real data. Staging channel active, initial test runs.
Refine
Running in production behind human review. You're watching agents work. Quality tuning on real outputs.
Launch
First workflow stable and autonomous. Results documented. Second workflow scoped.
What it costs, and when.
Start free. Build once. Then a single monthly service fee is your only ongoing cost, for year one and every year after.
You only pay for what you actually need built.
Discovery is free, the session and the findings, with no obligation. From there the build is modular: the technical setup is the only fixed cost. The assessment is strongly recommended, and the 90 days of project management are optional if you have someone who can carry it.
Worth saying plainly: the project-management months are optional, but the work isn't. Someone has to hit the milestones, and it takes a person with equipment-industry knowledge who uses AI daily, not occasionally. If you have that person, use them. If you don't, this is the line item that keeps the build on schedule.

Not the same as the AI Readiness Assessment. The A3 above is a two-week commercial deep dive, interviews across marketing, sales, product support and engineering that produce the ICP, positioning, and messaging an ELOS build runs on. The $1,500 AI Audit & Readiness Assessment answers a different question: whether your data, systems and team are ready to support AI at all. Companies often do that one first.
Thirty days. Your market. A working system.
Tell us four things and we'll run ELOS against your own segment before the call, so you're looking at your accounts and your draft outreach, not a demo environment.

AI SDR vs. Traditional Sales Rep Cost Analysis
Base salary is the number everyone quotes. It's rarely half the real figure. Enter your own assumptions and compare a fully loaded sales development rep against ELOS, across year one, year two, and three years.

| Capacity scaling | Add staff | Add capacity |
How this is calculated. Fully loaded SDR cost = (base + variable) + benefits% + (monthly CRM, data, office, management, training × 12) + (recruiting × turnover rate), held flat across three years. ELOS year 1 = $49,750 selected onboarding + 9 months of service; years 2 and 3 = 12 months of service only. Cost per activity = annual cost ÷ annual activities. A positive difference is a saving; a plus sign indicates an additional ELOS cost.
Why activity rises while cost falls. Year one runs a deliberate ramp through build months, then calibration, so it delivers roughly 53% of full capacity. From year two the engine is at full capacity and enrichment and deliverability data have compounded, adding roughly 15% more effective reach at no additional cost.
What is one additional qualified opportunity worth to you?
Added gross profit = average sale × gross margin × added opportunities per month × 12. Directional only. Your discovery call replaces these assumptions with your actual pipeline data.
